PhotoProof AI provides image analysis tools designed to estimate the likelihood that an image has been generated or modified using artificial intelligence.
The service provides probabilistic results and confidence estimates only.
3. No Guarantee of Accuracy
PhotoProof AI does not guarantee that any result, score, probability, report, or analysis is accurate, complete, or error-free.
The service may produce false positives and false negatives.
Results should not be considered definitive evidence regarding the origin, authenticity, ownership, or legality of any image.
4. No Legal, Professional, or Investigative Advice
PhotoProof AI is provided for informational purposes only.
Users must not rely solely on PhotoProof AI results when making legal, regulatory, employment, law-enforcement, compliance, financial, or business decisions.
5. User Responsibilities
- You have the right to upload and analyze the content you submit.
- You will not use the service for unlawful purposes.
- You will not attempt to interfere with, abuse, or disrupt the service.
6. Uploaded Images
Uploaded images may be processed temporarily for analysis purposes.
PhotoProof AI does not intentionally store uploaded images longer than necessary to provide the requested analysis.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoProof AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service or reliance on any analysis result.
Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
8. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
